Feedback Guru’s clients bear sole responsibility in determining their legal basis and right to disclose any Client-Owned Data to Feedback Guru. For all intents and purposes, Feedback Guru is solely a “Service Provider” relating to Client-Owned Data and its clients are deemed the “Business” (as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA and similar laws).
We do not automatically collect personal information when you browse the Website. We only collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, and credit card information when you specifically and knowingly provide it to us by registering to create an account, completing online forms, opting in to receive our newsletter and promotional offers, signing up for our services, or authorize a third-party to disclose your information to us.
